So you can focus on decorating your new home. Our trained staff cleans according to the real estate association’s cleaning description so that everything is clean and fresh for the next resident who moves in. We bring cleaning materials, cleaning agents and tools that are needed and take everything with us after the cleaning is done. You do not need to provide rags, cleaning agents or vacuum cleaners.

Price for moving cleaning

A moving cleaning costs SEK 40/sqm after the RUT deduction (price without RUT SEK 80/sqm). The price above refers to weekday cleaning and that the home is normally dirty. Cleaning on the weekend is charged with a supplement. Cost of bee area and options are added. Balcony, patio, storage room, basement, etc. are counted as secondary areas/options. If your relocation is less than 60 square meters, contact us for a more detailed quote. The prices above are for private individuals only.     We do not perform

    ● We do not disconnect electrical fittings, lamps, washing or dishwashers, etc.
    ● We do not clean water locks.
    ● We do not clear drains if there is a blockage.
    ● We do not clean broken windows.
    ● We do not pull out the fridge/freezer if the kitchen cabinet is built so that it rests on top.
    ● We do not pull out washing columns (tumble dryers are on top of washing machines)
